In the upper right hand corner we've added a link to our new account management pages. Currently we've limited it to just the ability to manage aspects of your E-Mail account - Adding and Deleting accounts, and also the ability to change the password. However we have additional features that we are currently working on and will be adding in the future.

Service restored
We appologize for the extended down time, we suffered a fiber cut north of Bernie. As of 4:50am light was restored and service was brought back up.
Service Outage
We are currently experiencing a service outage with our upstream provider. We are working on the situation with them to restore service.
3M Service now available in Cooter
With the completion of recent upgrades to the equipment in Cooter we are now able to offer DSL service up to 3M for the residents of Cooter.
Scheduled Downtime Thursday, October 9'th

Time: Midnight - 3 a.m.
Affected Customers: All customers in the Steele exchange
We will be performing maintenance on our network in Steele between the hours of Midnight and 3 A.M. on Thursday Octobert 9'th. During this time frame customers in the Steele area may experience periods of intermittent connectivity.
Scheduled Downtime August 5'th, 2008
Date: August 5'Th, 2008
Time: Midnight - 3 AM
Affected: All customers.
We will be replacing equipment located in Bernie Tuesday morning August 5'Th. Work should take approximately 3 hours to complete. During this time internet traffic will be disrupted intermittently.
DNS Server Patches
We have completed patching our DNS servers to protect against possible 'DNS Poisoning'. More information on the vulnerability is available here.
Barracuda
We have upgraded our Barracuda Spam Firewall. Quarantines on the old server will still be available for two weeks as we will be removing the old hardware on July 2'nd. All user settings including white lists and black lists have been tranfered to the new server, quarantined messages however could not be transfered.
The final statistics, collected over 16 months, are as follows:
Total Messages Recieved: 67,619,317
Total Messages Allowed: 2,416,149 - 3.57%
Outage 4/22
At 10:54AM today we suffered a direct lightning strike to our primary NOC in Bernie. Internet service was restored at 1:34PM, however some equipment was damaged in the strike and will need to be replaced. We will send an alert as to when a service affecting outage may occur.
